How long does an estimate take?

We ask that you set aside 1 hour for a thorough inspection and price estimate. Time will vary, shorter or longer, depending on the complexity or questions you may have. We are happy to spend as much time as necessary to get the correct solution and accurate cost estimate.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing with approved credit to fit your budget. We use multiple financing companies, so we have a better chance of helping you find a financing plan that works for you.

How to finish a basement after install?

After we’ve installed a basement waterproofing solution, you will be able to finish your basement as normal. With water drainage, vapor barriers and dehumidification, your finished basement will be as comfortable as your upstairs.

Do you offer appointments outside of listed business hours?

Yes. When you call to schedule an appointment, we will be able to work with you to accommodate your schedule.

How do I know I am having foundation issues?

Some signs of foundation issues are bowing walls with horizontal cracks, stair step cracks in block walls, sloping upstairs floors, windows or doors no longer closing properly, cracks in drywall at the corner of doors and windows, and chimneys pulling away from the house.

Does homeowners insurance cover basement waterproofing?

It is not typical that homeowners insurance covers basement waterproofing.

What is the average cost to waterproof a basement?

We determine cost by the linear feet of the system that is installed, the height and linear feet of the walls if the walls are leaking, the sump pump system(s) required to handle the water, the cubic feet of the space if a dehumidification system is desired, the length of the discharge
